In a world where social injustices and human trafficking threaten the dignity and future of countless individuals, I have dedicated my journey to creating meaningful change in a world plagued by social injustices and human trafficking. My education in social justice and peace, along with a Master’s in Project Management through the ASEC Scholarship, has provided me with the skills to empower youth and effectively combat these issues. I am committed to developing sustainable programs that not only meet immediate needs while promoting long-term resilience.

Youth Empowerment in Action. The impact of our vocational training programs has been profound. The program has offered scholarship to around 1,150 vulnerable youth from 21 counties in various technical skills. These youth have reported increased employability and self-esteem, empowered 80 youth TOTS to offer peer-to-peer awareness creation, and sub granted over 100 youth owned business enterprises, with many securing stable jobs in their communities. This success reinforces the importance of providing young people with the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive. Countering Human Trafficking. My educational background in social justice has been crucial in shaping our counter-human trafficking efforts. Understanding the socio-economic factors that contribute to trafficking has allowed us to address the root causes rather than just the symptoms. Through collaborations with law enforcement and social services, we have created referral pathways for at-risk children, youth, women and job seekers, to receive the support and protection they need. RAHT-KENYA works with 40-member congregation to prevent, DCI to protect, with various CSO s to partner and with the network against human trafficking and smuggling of migrants [NAHUSOM] to push for policy changes that protect vulnerable populations.
