African Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC)

With the support of ASEC’s HESA program, Sr. Caroline Wambui Gachoki, SMI, earned her Master’s Degree in Administration and Planning in Education—gaining the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to make a lasting impact in her community.

With deep gratitude to Almighty God, I reflect on my academic and research journey, marked by His strength and guidance. I extend heartfelt appreciation to the African Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC) for their generous full sponsorship of my Master’s Degree through the HESA program. This opportunity empowered me to achieve new milestones in education and leadership.

Graduating during ASEC's Silver Jubilee is a celebration of personal growth, empowerment, and lifelong achievement. Completing my initial studies in
Administration in December 2018 was a turning point in my career, as the foundational skills and confidence I gained through ASEC shaped my path
forward. ASEC's support inspired me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Administration and Planning in Education, a journey that enriched my professional knowledge and prepared me for leadership roles. The program equipped me with the skills and vision to innovate in educational planning and make meaningful contributions to society.
