Rosemary Shaver, EdD
Senior Program Manager, ProgramsRosemary Shaver is the Senior Program Manager, Programs, at ASEC, based in Scranton, PA, United States. She earned her doctorate in education, concentrating in educational leadership, from Wilkes University in 2022. Her doctoral dissertation titled, The Perceived Influence of Participation in Undergraduate International Service-Learning on Recent United States College Graduates’ Post-College Readiness, focuses on the transformative effect of participation in global immersion experiences during college. She also holds a Masters of Education in Higher Education from the Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Scranton. Rosemary began working with ASEC in 2014. In her work with ASEC, Rosemary works with Catholic universities and partners in ten countries in Africa to facilitate educational opportunities for Catholic Sisters in Africa.
