ARU Golden Jubilee Celebrations Launched

Dec 15, 2017: [Uganda] The year-long Golden Jubilee celebration of the Association of Religious in Uganda (ARU) was launched on November 8, 2017 at ARU Secretariat.

Dec 12, 2017: [Nigeria] 14 HESA Sisters graduate from Veritas University, Abuja in Nigeria. Sr. Lois Moses, SSL received three awards during the ceremonies.

Dec 5, 2017: [Tanzania] Sr. Claudia reflects on her experience coordinating the 17th ACWECA Plenary Assembly at the Catholic Secretariat of the Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC) in Dar es Salaam.

Cottolengo Centre for orphaned HIV positive children started in 1994, with the aim of taking care of vulnerable abandoned and  Orphaned children, who are either infected or affected by HIV+ in Nairobi. The Centre is managed by the Cottolengo Sisters in Kenya.

After graduating with a BA in Education through the HESA program, Sr. Betty's congregational superiors appointed her as a Head teacher of St. Matia Mulumba, Kiganda RC Primary. Here she is addressing the pupils at her school.
