Sr. Juliana Chibaula Zulu, commonly known as Sr. Julie, was born in the Eastern Province of Zambia and comes from a family of nine. She is the fourth-born child of Mr. and Mrs. Chibaula, both of whom are now deceased. Sr. Julie is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcast journalism, having worked in both radio and television. She takes great joy and satisfaction in performing her duties with passion and dedication.
She belongs to the Congregation of the Good Shepherd Sisters (RGS) of Chipata, which, as of August 2016, consists of 84 members. The Good Shepherd Sisters of Chipata are a diocesan congregation founded in 1976 by the late Cardinal Medardo Joseph Mazombwe in the Catholic Diocese of Chipata in the Eastern Province of Zambia. The congregation is dedicated to addressing the needs of the local church and beyond, focusing on activities that contribute to the integral growth of the human person, with the mission that “All may obtain salvation.”
Sr. Juliana is grateful to be part of the ASEC team, where she has the opportunity to serve her sisters and the church.
