Sr. Florence is a Little Sister of St. Francis and participant of ASEC’s Sisters Leadership Development Initiative (SLDI) program in Uganda where she studied Administration. She was able to use the skills she’s learned in SLDI to secure funding to support agriculture workers whose income is unable to meet their needs. The funding also helps to generate a constant supply of vegetables and establish a greenhouse near wetlands to enable a reliable source of water during the dry season.
