ASEC: Our Team

Sr. Mbom MaryCleophas Afumbom, SUSC

Sister Mbom MaryCleophas Afumbom is the Programs Coordinator for Cameroon at ASEC. She belongs to the Congregation of the Holy Union Sisters of the Sacred Hearts in Cameroon. Sr. Mbom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Studies, specializing in Child and Youth Welfare, from Tangaza University in Nairobi, Kenya.

She has a deep passion for reading articles and spiritual books, particularly the lives of saints. Sr. Mbom enjoys writing short and decorative greeting messages, listening to music, and dancing. She is committed to advocating for women and children, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. One of her greatest joys is witnessing religious women being educated and fulfilled in their lives. She finds profound peace and inspiration in Holy Adoration, spending time in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
