Sr. Florence Mkwizu, CICM is the Headmistress of Bigwa Secondary School in Morogoro, Tanzania, and an alumna of the school herself. Under her leadership, Bigwa has continued to grow as a center of academic excellence, strengthened by improved facilities, food security initiatives, and strong community engagement.
