Sneh is the Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation for ASEC’s SLDI & Service Learning program.

Sneh is the Program Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation at the African Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC). Her journey at ASEC began in 2013, and since then, she has taken on various roles, including Graduate Assistant, Research Assistant, Data Manager, and now Program Manager. One of her major projects at ASEC has been working on building and processing database records for program participants.

With the tremendous support of ASEC staff, she has been refining data collection to meet all program and evaluation needs. Her role as Program Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, is a significant learning experience, and she is dedicated to supporting and improving program effectiveness.

Sneh holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Gujarat University, India, and practiced as a Registered Nurse and Midwife before coming to the United States in 2009. She graduated with a Master of Science in Gerontology (2011) and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies (2021), both from Marywood University in Pennsylvania. Her doctoral dissertation was a quantitative study exploring differences in breastfeeding attitudes and intentions of nursing students in India and the United States. She is also licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse.  Currently, she is working towards commissioning as an Officer in the Army.
