Lori Tedjeske
Executive Director of Operations for the American Province of the Society of Holy Child Jesus
Lori has 20 years of experience in organizational leadership development, leadership programming, event management, Catholic higher education, and academic research. In addition to her full-time role with the SHCJs, Lori consults with Catholic parishes, religious congregations, and individuals through her firm, Blake Consulting, LLC. She also teaches leadership to college students with intellectual disabilities in the VUnited Scholars program at Villanova University. Prior to her current work, Lori spent a decade serving Catholic Leadership Institute in both full-time and consulting roles. Earlier in her career, she served for 11 years as the Associate Director of Student Development–Leadership Programs at Villanova University.
Lori serves on the Advisory Committee for the John Cardinal Foley Chair of Homiletics and Social Communication at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary and on the Board of Directors for Access Foster Care and Adoption. She is the volunteer Outreach Director, a lector and a member of Parish Council at St. Teresa of Avila Parish. Lori has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Bachelor of Art in Spanish from DeSales University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership (with a concentration in non-profit organizations) from Eastern University. Lori lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband Dave, son Vinnie and three fur-babies.
