The Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth offer every loving service in our power to meet the critical needs of God’s people.

With joy, deep spirituality and commitment to social justice, the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth (SCL) serve in diverse ministries in the United States, Peru and Canada. Continuing their historic tradition, the sisters remain involved in education and healthcare. In expanded roles and responsive to today’s critical needs, sisters work on behalf of the environment, are a voice for women who are trafficked and assist those who are homeless and underserved. They serve in parishes, schools, colleges, diocesan offices, hospitals and clinics. You will find SCL sisters on the front lines of advocacy for the poor, in faith formation and in social services and helping agencies.
