Service Learning Student Donates a Cow to the Bigwa School
Sep 9, 2011: [Tanzania] service As a result of her life-changing experience visiting the Bigwa Secondary School, one Service Learning student donated $1,000 to purchase a cow so that the students at the Bigwa School could benefit.
Bigwa Science Lab Construction Complete
Mar 15, 2011: [Tanzania] scholarship Funding was generously provided by the GHR Foundation out of Minneapolis, MN. A total of $458,222 in funding for the Bigwa Secondary School was was generously provided by the GHR Foundation to build labs for physics, chemistry, and biology and to upgrade science and math curriculum.
