ASEC was awarded a $50,000 grant by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago (FSC) for its Scholarship Program that benefits sisters in Africa to acquire a high school diploma at the Bigwa Secondary School in Morogoro, Tanzania. Twenty nine (29) sisters and four lay girls are enrolled in level ‘A’ there and will benefit from this funding.
ASEC was awarded a $50,000 grant in May 2013 from the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago for Bigwa scholarships.
